On June 5, the Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Department hosted a luncheon for community partners. The event served to thank partners for their help over the last school year, but also reinforce continuous partnerships. FACE Director Lacey Grijalva iterated the importance of mutual support – how TUSD can also help companies back – and welcomed TUSD families who have benefited from services and goods to serve as examples of how donations are used, and the impact they are having instantly in the Tucson Unified community.
